While I am a huge fan of Lucky and look forward to receiving my magazine each month, I must say that I disagree that everyone needs to own a mesh shirt and a shorts suit this year and only about three of the things on their list would make their way into my closet.
However, since I love a good list, I put together a quick roundup of the top 10 things I think could get a lot of wear this year (in no particular order):
If you don't have them already, I think any of the things above would be a wise purchase if you're looking to broaden your horizons a little. I'm definitely adding more bright, flowy blouses to my closet this year since they're good for work (with a skirt or trousers) and weekend (with shorts or jeans). I've also been on the lookout for the right leopard belt and art deco everything (which will only get more obvious once The Great Gatsby comes out later this year).
